I am a major book junkie, no seriously. Ever since I learned to read, I have been fascinated with reading. In elementary school, I used to check out as many books as the school would let me abd return them immediately so that I could get more. When we moved to a different state, it meant a new school library. The middle school I went to was like a haven for me, well the library was. I met a group of friends who loved to read just as much as I do. If I had a bad day you could find me in the library getting lost in whatever book I was reading at the time. By the time my 11th year came around, I took a shot at public high school. It meant a new library, it also gave me a bit of insight. I quickly befriended the librarian and anyone who knew me knew I spent any time I could in the library helping put books away, reading, or even just talking to the librarian. When 2nd semester came around I had a free class block so I chose to become a teacher assisstant to the librarian. I even became the only kid the librarian trusted with her keys and with running the library if she had to step up. With being able to see the inner workings of the library I decided my love in life was books. I chose to get a librarian’s degree, which then changed to wanting to own a bookstore, to now becoming a primary school teacher here in Australia. I’ll start my degree in 2013 but will work on my own literary works until then. The point of this whole entry is to say that I have decided on this blog’s main purpose is going to be providing book reviews. I write them occasionally on but thought I could do a great job with my blog as well. Just a forewarning, my reviews will most likely have spoilers in them.

So my next entry will be a review on the book Red Dress Walking by S.A. Jones, a Western Australian author.
